1. Complete the Sign Up Form at the bottom of page
2. Required boxes must be completed
3. Select E-mail or Fax delivery method from drop down menu
4. Provide Email Address or Fax Number where Invoices will be delivered
5. Check the I agree confirmation statement box, confirming your invoices will now arrive electronically
6. Then hit the Submit button
